I have a very simple Excel program for pricing that lets you know as you go the cost.

Fell in love with BBQ (thanks Cousins BBQ, Ft.Worth,TX). My youngest son challenged me to build a big Smoker the opportunity to cater a wedding for Rick and Emily Allred and bang we were going
