- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes, we have a standard hourly rate of $80 per hour per organizer but we also offer packages which provide a lower hourly rate. The more you purchase, the more you save.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We always spend the first 20-30 minutes of an appointment with new clients doing an assessment. The assessment questions allow us to discover things that are causing problems, the vision of the client and what things are most important to the client. After the assessment, the remaining time is spent hands on, doing the organizing with the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We've worked with hundreds of clients in a wide variety of settings since opening our doors in 2004. Additionally, my education includes a degree in Human Development and the Family from the University of Nebraska as well as masters level counseling courses at Covenant Seminary. I've also completed courses in Life Coaching. I am always seeking to improve my professional skills and am excited to be rated the #1 professional organizer in St. Louis by Thumbtack in 2016.
