- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After first contact is made via email, a phone consultation usually follows up to find out what the client is looking to accomplish. After some discussions and make sure everyone's goals are being met, we agree to work together. From there a deposit for half down for the shoot will be invoiced and emailed over. Once paid, the date is locked in and on that date the shoot takes place. At the shoot, the shoot the remainder balance is paid. We then do the shoot and then afterwards take the images back to work on them. The RAW images are then upload into a password protected client only webpage, usually within 2 days. The client will then select which images they want to purchase and have edited by clicking a heart icon on each image. The images that were selected are then worked on in post and will be done within 2 weeks depending on work load. From there the client can pick a package or ala carte for either the prints or the digital images they would like to buy. After the order is placed, the images are ordered and digital files will be unlocked to download if purchased. The prints will be shipped directly shipped to the client and should arrive within 1 week.

We work with a wide range of clients in terms of race, ethnicity, desires, experience and shoots. Our bottom goal is to provide a custom photo shoot that is unique to you and to make you extremely happy during and after the shoot.
