- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive for the market. However I believe our customer service and "over and beyond" attitude far out weights any fee schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like the client to schedule an appointment, sit down with us and go over a quick questionnaire. We need the prior years tax return along with all the documentation for the current year. Our goal is to have no longer that a 7 day turn around time from the time the client sets the appointment and brings in all documentation (complete) and then it processed and ready for pick up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in public accounting for more than 20 years. I am always looking for new ways to expand my knowledge (knowledge is power). I have worked with a very diverse clientele over the years, which has prepared me for almost every scenario I could imagine. I am proficient in QuickBooks, Peachtree, Excel and Word. Most industry specific software doesn't seem to pose a challenge either. I enjoy working and talking with all sorts of people. I am a southerner so, I never meet a stranger.
