- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I try to give clients a fixed fee for their problems. I find most are more comfortable knowing in advance the cost of the problem rather that giving the lawyer a "blank check"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically my customers phone or email me about their DWI or traffic tickets. Most matters can be handled that way. More serious cases, such as DWI, we meet face to face. Our office is conveniently located near the square in Independence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Since law school many years ago I have constantly attended professional and educational events. For many years I was a presenter for the Missouri Bar at the annual meeting regarding new laws passed by the Legislature where I served.
