They are a great team. Great service. Good communication. And affordable. Had dishwasher looked at. Quick evaluation on first visit. Quickly determined that new dishwasher was needed. Installed a day later. Very easy to work with and fair price.
William did the rough-in in my basement project, setting the low voltage boxes and running the speaker wires and HDMI cables. He gave me suggestions on other related items. He was on time and I will call him when the basement is sheet rocked and painted, ready for outlets.
Luke is fantastic! He replaced my 29 switches throughout my house some were dimmers and 3 way, he finished quickly and got here early. Very knowledgeable and quality work. I also requested a quote for my hot tub. Great electrician I would use for all my electrical needs in the future! His wife very nice and does all his scheduling, very organize and prompt!
Vern has been doing several projects around my house from changing light fixtures to installing electrical outlets and replacing toilets. He is great and I highly recommend.
We had a great experience with iWire and will definitely use again in the future. We had 3 ceiling fans installed where no electrical box was before. David ran new wire, wired the new switches to our specification, assembled, and installed the fans. He was prompt in all communication, showed up a little bit early for the job (love that he was actually on time, it's tough to find a good contractor who is punctual!), thoroughly cleaned up the work area, price was very reasonable and I feel very confident in his work. The fans look beautiful, couldn't be more satisfied!
Corey called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way (he called earlier but I was busy at work, but still honored the original time). I really like it when a technician wears those coverings over their shoes when they come into the house, so we're starting off really great. Talked through the job of replacing a few light switches and outlets, and that I had a suspicion that I had aluminum wiring. He popped a cover off the light switch to take a quick look and he mentioned it looked like it was aluminum, though it was connected to copper wire. So we agreed on a price, and he got to work. After about an hour and a half, he was finished. We tested everything and he cleaned up everything (another point for awesome). I received my invoice, shook his hand, and I am pretty happy. The price for everything came out to about $250, which I feel is acceptable because there are two things I don't want to mess up in a house: electrical and plumbing. I will gladly pay for the peace of mind a licensed and insured professional requests for a job. Corey has done a fantastic job in allaying my fears: aluminum wiring and my own handiwork (which would have been terrible).
Mark did an excellent job. He fixed every electrical issue we had in our home. His price was extremely reasonable, and he was very flexible in working with our work schedule. I would definitely recommend him.
Brandon was great ! Mounted a tv above my fireplace and it looks amazing! He even placed an electrical and cable outlet behind the tv. Would definitely recommend him to anyone !!
I highly recommend Zimmer Construction LLC for any of your projects. I had a few contractors come out and give me estimates on remodeling my kitchen. I choose Zimmer Construction because Roy was full knowledge with giving me ideas and the pricing was fair. The crew was very professional removed everything to the bare studs and the flooring removed to the subflooring. I was a very indecisive on what exactly I wanted done with my kitchen. I gave Roy ideas and he added more with great detail making it stand out more. Due to the changing of project ideas, pricing changed as well to get me a look that I just love. It cost a little more for the changes I made but they were well worth it. Roy and the crew are professional and detail oriented. He came in with the adequate tools and materials to get the job done right and in a timely manner. They handled everything from the flooring, cabinets, drywall, tile work, electric, plumbing, trim work and painting. Every project I had them do was done well above average. Great company to work with and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work.
Great experience with Sullys electrical. Honest pricing, true statements and bid pricing. The professionslism and punctuality was superb. I would recommend this electrician to family or friends.
Showed up on time as scheduled. Performed the service in a high quality and timely way. Reworded a switch in my bathroom and installed an outlet in my living room. I’d highly recommend for residential electrical work.
Anthony was very professional . He does a very neat job. He made sure that the project he completed was up to my satisfaction. I’ll definitely hire him again if ever needed for any other kind of electrical work
I had Preston. He was very pleasant and professional. Job well done. Money seemed high but I have nothing to compare to.
Great communications skills. Performed electrical work behind a wall and fireplace...very clean installation. Good price for great skill set, quality work and great customer service. AAA rating.
I called Handy Andy because my honey do list was out of control. Now I'm ready for the holidays and the honey do list is gone! We had plumbing leaks that damaged drywall and paint. Closet shelves needing built. Electrical that never seem to work right. Even fence repair Jeff with Handy Andy took care of everything! He was on time gave us a price and everything was done quickly. I will use Handy Andy every time !!
Kurt replaced all of the switches/outlets on the main floor of our house to white and installed some new lights. He was polite and thorough with his work. We have other projects he is coming back to work on this week.
I am extremely impressed with Holderman Construction. I recently hired this company for a project that involved several components, both indoor and exterior components, and I was completely satisifed with the results of every single component. I’ll go into the details in a minute, but among the highlights of working with this company were the excellent communication and feedback, the punctuality, great professionalism, and above all, the incredible attention to detail and high work quality, along with an excellent value - these guys put a lot of labor into my project at more than a fair price. And they were extremely easy to work with. My project lasted 4 days and they were great to interact with every single day, and did quality work every day. They were polite, friendly, and clean. They even removed their shoes, and did an outstanding job with post-project cleanup. The main interior project was bathroom remodeling of cabinets. We had attempted previously to have someone use color stain to re-stain our cabinets and trim, and we just never liked the results. So this project was starting to add up in cost, with a readily we didn’t really like. Ray (the primary/owner) and Aaron (one of his main partners) did an absolutely outstanding job on the bathroom cabinets. They fully sanded all the drawers and doors down so that the previous and original stains/polyurethane were completely removed before applying the color stain again. That was a critical component, because in the end, the color stain ended up looking terrific - even better than I’d hoped it would look. My expectation of how they should look when completed came from the swatches of the particular color I selected (rustic grey) for the color stain I’d purchased. We realized that the previous application of that same stain, we weren’t really seeing the wood come through the stain, but instead the previous (original) stain, becuase it hadn’t been fully removed. In the end, the cabinets and trim looked BETTER than that expectation! Ray and Aaron really hit it out of the park on this one. And when they were done with the sanding and staining, they cleaned up really well from the dust and there was very little lingering chemical smell from the stain. Awesome! I also had them fix some lingering plumbing problems that had frustrated me because a previous contractor was not able to resolve them. Not Holderman Construction - fixed them both for good. The remaining components of my project were wood rot repair and storm door installation. I really loved what they did with both of these tasks. Seems straightforward but there is the materials aspect - which product, wood or vinyl, etc. There was an odd complexity to the back door wood rot that introduced a potential obstacle but Ray and Aaron were able to find a solution and overcome it by finding the right type of wood at the right thickness (original builder apparently chose an unorthodox door and window frame thickness for SOME but not all of my windows and doors). They repaired the wood rot and painted over it and it looks great and is of course no longer rotted. But the real bonus for me was that in the process, Ray managed to correct an incredibly vexing problem with the main back door in front of the storm door - it was not level, and leaking a TON, and I mean a TON of air through the bottom and the sides. I didn’t go into the storm door installation with any expectation of improving the air flow issue for that door, but that’s what I ended up with. An almost complete remediation of that problem. I am absolutely thrilled with the back door now. It closes properly, it’s level, and virtually no air coming in! That’s only been bothering us for 15 years now. On top of that, several other contractors tried, but ultimately failed, to resolve that issue with the door. And come to think of it, at least one if not two previous contractors told me they’d fixed wood rot issues that they really did not fix. Well, they’re fixed now, becuase Holderman Construction fixed them CORRECTLY. Ray is highly attentive to detail, does quality work, at a more than fair price. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. And I can say the same for Aaron, his partner. I really enjoyed working with them, and not only would I hire Holderman Construction again, but I’m sure right now that I WILL hire them again for other projects I have waiting. I highly recommend them.
Lee was in touch with me from the get go. I asked him at first to only fix an outlet and switch and hang a ceiling fan. Then asked him to put all the outlet and switches in, as I was updating my family and living room. He did not hesitate at all! He is a perfectionist as well, made sure everything was straight and the same, even down to the screws for the cover plates. I’d highly recommend him and I will be using him again in the future
Had Erin install above-cabinet lighting in kitchen and accompanying wiring & switches. Installation was smooth - looks like it has always been there!
Quotes were very fast. Easy to schedule install.
