I hired KC Floorworx three weeks ago to refinish the wood in one of my rooms. I live in a very old house covered with ugly carpet, and knowing we had wood everywhere under it, we couldn't wait to get rid of the carpet and the germs that come with it. Kirsten's crew was spectacular in the way they worked. They have incredible skills, always come with a smile, and manifest genuine interest in the client's satisfaction. I intend to hire this crew again to refinish all the floors in my house. They are trustworthy and respectful. Kirsten is a go-to person when there is any question or concern. Her responsiveness, listening skills, and problem-solving capacity are one of a kind. I would give KC Floorworx 10 stars!

Joe was flexible and willing to accommodate unusual requests. I had pad left over from a previous carpet installation and he quickly incorporated that into his estimate. The installation crew showed up on time and got everything done quickly and professionally!

We stock multiple different styles of carpet and LVP for a quick turnaround.

We will set up an in home estimate, bring out samples for the customer and provide an estimate in home.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Joe Bartels, one of the owners, starting installing carpet for Home Depot in 2005. After multiple years of showing up to customers houses that were already irritated from the initial consult, we decided to open a business to help the customer from start to finish.
