FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically ask for $25 an hour for regular cleans and $35 an hour for Deep Cleans. A bonus I’ve noticed is that I do not charge extra for having pets. Junk removal is $50 half truck load and $100 full truck load There are various other services I offer like house and pet sitting, gardening, cooking meals and/or meal prep, home organizing and more that we can discuss per job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact with a new client usually involves describing the tasks needing of completion and when the services will be rendered. Once those details are ironed out we typically come to an agreement as to how much the mission is going to take to complete. Next, we can either schedule a first time meeting to come look at the area in need of service or we can get straight to business and complete the task at hand, which ever the customer prefers. I do my due diligence in making sure all tasks are done above and beyond expectation and then payment is issued via electronically or cash.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have not been officially educated in the cleaning industry as my major was Business Administration (with no idea I would be opening a cleaning company 😆), however I have worked for an apartment turn over company that taught me how to do a true deep clean. I also have someone very close to me that has been cleaning homes for over 30 years and coaches me along my journey.
