FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we need to see if we are available for your date. Secondly, you may send us information if you like and we can set up a bridal consultation and we will go over all of your information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've trained with some of the worlds most influential florists. I continually go to design classes with peers to improve and learn. There is always something you can learn from someone.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1. Foremost, make sure the florist understands what you are looking for in your design. We have turned away clients because our shop will not "promise" a flower if it is not in season or will never promise what we can not deliver. Our reputation is too important to have a bride upset because we did not deliver the wedding of their dreams. 2. Make sure you have seen pictures of "their work". Not some pictures they found in a book or online. 3. Know what your budget is and be totally honest. It will save your time as well as the professionals. (You are not going to get a garden rose for the price of a potato). 4. It is perfectly fine to check out a few professionals in each area. Make sure you are comparing apples to apples. You may pay a little bit more for someone with an impeccable reputation, or some expertise. With such an important event, that is well worth it! 5. Lastly, go with the pro that makes you feel more comfortable and gets you. :)
