- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the service provided and depends on whether the project is ongoing, if my clients prefer a fixed rate or hourly rate. All pricing is determined during the initial discussion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client has determined they would like to try eVirtual Solutions, Inc, our new client process varies from client to client, as we've found that some organizations have their own process. That being said, we do have a high-level process that we follow to ensure all clients' needs are met and a stream of open communication is in place from day 1. Step 1: Prior to initiating services, we ensure all paperwork is signed and completed so both parties are protected. Example: Confidentiality Agreement, Independent Contractor Agreement, etc. Step 2: If necessary, we'll have an Initial meeting to discuss any specific details needed prior to initiating services such as, training process or any access details needed to begin services, for example. Step 3: We provide all clients with a weekly update of services provided, as well as provide a monthly summary of services rendered for their review.

I have 20+ years hands on experience working with multiple online businesses that are highly successful. I've purposely designed a career that has allowed me to learn and personally drive success within every area of an Online Business.
