Shasta and her crew were amazing. They got back to my request and were able to get out to clean my house the next day! They did in 4 hours what would have taken me days by myself. I was moving out of an older house with years worth of pet hair embedded in the carpets and scuffs on the walls. They took care of everything and now it looks spotless!

These ladies gave an awesome bid in advance showed up on time and cleaned better than I expected for the rate. They did come as two, schedule one day and one fell ill and they came back the very next day to finish up. Very hard workers, respect their work.

The ladies came on Sunday as the road condition was poor on Friday. They did everything I asked for (vacuum the sofa and stairs) and were very pleasant to talk to.

Samantha and Alyssa were awesome. They were able to get started early and did an amazing job. We have an Australian shepherd (aka walking hair factory) and it’s hard for me to keep on top of all his shedding, but they got every nook and cranny. They were both friendly and professional and I’m very happy with their performance. 10/10, will absolutely book again!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get all needed info, then request a meeting and walkthrough of the home, I then get the quote ready and send to the customer, we then schedule their cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don’t have any certificates but I’ve been cleaning all my life and make sure we all go through online training.
