- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are three basic types of Returns: personal / business / entity (corporation, llc, llp). Each has a base price with add on for oddities. I always price package for each return or combination of returns. No fee surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For taxwork, I will look at the previous year Return and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. 15 hours per year at least. I also have 25 years of practical, hands on accounting and bookkeeping experience.
