- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Home Cleaning Services Pricing is dependent on the frequency of the service. Generally - Bi-Weekly: $25.00/hour Tri-Weekly: $30.00/hour Monthly: $35.00/hour One-Time: $45.00/hour For Consultations Pricing varies by the type of consultation (Astrology/Tarot), and the travel option selected. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the service selected- For Home Cleaning: An initial interview, home tour, and estimate are available. If the new client would like, contact information for references is available. The references would be my current clients. For Tarot/Astrology consultation or information: I have a pre-screening form to be filled out. It asks questions such as birth info, current situations in the client's life that they would like to address, and provides information on what the client can expect from the reading. The reason for this pre-screen is ensure that my clients can truly benefit from my services. I will happily help anyone find an alternative service-provider, should I feel that that my services are inadequate for their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my cleaning services 2 years ago, and have been growing my client base every since. The only marketing technique that was used thus far, is word of mouth recommendations from my clients! I have been an avid student of astrology and tarot for 7 years, and plan to be one for the remainder of my life. I have been practicing the art of counseling, using these methods, for 3 years.
