I really appreciate working with Potts Electric. We have hired them to update our breaker box to 200amp and install a 240v line to connect with a level 2 EV charging system. The whole process was always easy and transparent, everybody at Potts that we interacted with were friendly, professional and great to work with Josh, Rose, Christian, and Courtney all are great people and know what theyre doing. Thumbs up and five stars deserved.

Were upfront and honest about the scope of work needed for an ev charger installHad them do the related dual circuit breaker upgrade. In and out in less time than quoted. Very pleased.

Our service technician (Tyler) is Professional, Responsive, Trustworthy, and Knowledgeable. He effectively explained our panels and recommended exactly what we needed for our upgrade. Potts Electric is as good of a service you'll find in the STL area. Don't just take our word for it, if you're thinking about calling them, do it and see for yourself!
