Oh my gosh, I am so happy I found Doug at Timber Run! I first hired a guy from Task Rabbit to install my front door and he screwed up my door majorly and said he was in over his head and would not finish the job. So, in a panic I contacted Timber Run and they came to the rescue!! Doug was able to fix it impeccably, could not be happier! Doug has been installing doors and windows as well as his many other skills and talents for ages. He is a professional and does installs for major big box stores as well. During the time he was here, 3 of my neighbors stopped to talk to him b/c he did their door installs too, so funny!! I will never use anyone else again, thanks so much Doug!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally look at the job and give a price and if we both can live with it sign a contract and go from there .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally talk to them on the phone first then go look at the job give them a price sign a contract if they're interested and then start the project when they are ready for me to get started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Doing construction for close to 50 years I've had numerous licenses and training probably close to 10 different certifications from carpentry training, license plumber, State licensed septic installer in 2 states, manufactured home state inspector, manufacture home state installer , CDL license to drive dump trucks , I own concrete forms to do foundations or retaining walls, the list goes on and on. if the School of hard knocks counts I have the most experience there LOL!
