- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and acceptable for all the services I provide. I am invested in each client that chooses me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client selects me to Officiate a Wedding. I have explain their options and get an understanding of how they want their ceremony. If they agree to hire me a legal contract with our agreement is sent for the client to sign. For Notary Services a phone call takes place between me and the client so I may have a clear understanding of what they need as well as address any concerns or additional forms they might want to consider. I do my best to set the right expectations for all my clients
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am License Ordained Minister since 2003. I am Commissioned by the state of Missouri, and I have received additional training from the NNA. NATIONAL NOTARY ASSOCIATION. I am also Bonded and Insured.
