- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I follow the fees for Notary services allowed by Missouri law for general notary documents. I also charge a travel fee based on miles greater than 5 from my home base.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically communicate through messages or call to determine the type of document, how many signatures needed, if witnesses are needed, the location, and confirm valid ID.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified and trained through the National Notary Association for loan signing. I also received training through Notary 2 Notary.
