- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is transparent and based on the type of notarization, number of signatures, and travel distance. Same-day, evening, weekend, or last-minute appointments may include an additional convenience fee. All pricing is discussed upfront — no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I confirm the type of document, location, and timing needed. I then provide clear pricing and schedule the appointment. At the signing, I verify identification, complete the notarization according to Missouri law, and ensure all documents are properly executed. My process is efficient, professional, and client-focused from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Missouri notary public and NNA certified, with formal training in proper identification, notarization procedures, and compliance with state notary laws. I also hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, which strengthens my people-focused approach, professionalism, and commitment to exceptional customer service. Accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication are central to every appointment.
