- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my rates vary depending on my job size but I always stay within my customers budget if it's a smaller job and a customer rather pay by the hour I charge $45 an hour with a two-hour minimum service charge I do offer discounts for repeat customers and customers that refer me to new customers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
introduction is key I get to know my customers see what they want what they're looking for and what end result they're expecting
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing home repair and home remodels for 20 years now I started out building decks with my father and carrying shingles up ladders with my childhood friends father I'm a carpenter / brick and stone Mason by trade and over the years I've worked with electricians plumbers and all my experience is all on the job training so everything that I've learned over the years I've learned firsthand by some of the best guys in the business growing up I loved fixing things for people and I still do to this day whether you have a hole in your roof or squeaky floor or anything in between I can take care of it for you
