Introduction: I shoot photos and video at the same time. You get great photos as well a beautiful video of the highlights of your day to post on Facebook, etc. I get my creative eye from a family full or artistic types and really enjoy covering weddings. The most fun thing about covering a wedding, is getting those moments that tell a story and will be cherished over the years. I also enjoy meeting all the wonderful people I work for and am honored that I get to play a role during a wonderful part of their lives.

On a day that is so important, it is amazing how fast so many sweet moments fly by. I knew having a photographer that I trusted was one of the most important wedding details. Of course Dave delivered us the 'stock' portraits and and requested photos but neither my husband or I were prepared for the incredible quality and quantity of candid pictures Dave captured. I was brought to tears by the candid moments that Dave captured during our wedding day. I knew that Dave would give us quality photos, but the gift of so many moments that none of us realized he saw, and now we have forever, can't be valued enough. If you are a bride looking for a photographer, I would tell you that there are many wonderful wedding photographers that will give you the typical posed pictures. What sets Dave Keiser apart is his ability to not only take the important posed pictures but also capture such incredibly touching candid moments of the WHOLE wedding day (from prep to ceremony and silly and sweet reception moments)!! We are so thankful that we asked Dave Keiser to be our wedding photographer!

Dave Keiser photographed my wedding August 2012 and he was the best and most important decision for my special day. He captured the moments faster than we could notice them happening. Dave holds a talent very few photographers have today, a natural, rawness that does not need much post processing. I recommend him often and don't have a complaint! You will not regret hiring him to capture your special moments.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For complete photo and video highlights, my service is $1900 anywhere in Missouri. Albums additional. Available for travel.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actively participate in professional forums and publications and have attended numerous state and national conventions, including presenting at some of them.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I picked up a camera in High School and started shooting for the school paper. It came natural to me and soon I was winning awards for the pictures I'd taken. I was even named an 'All American' High School Photojournalist. Then my friends starting asking me to shoot their weddings, and the rest is history.
