Ben was accommodating with my schedule and communicated with me thoroughly when I was not present, since a renter was in my space. He was knowledgable about the couple issues I was having with both a toilet and garbage disposal and used his troubleshooting skills like a pro! He was affordable, honest and incredibly friendly. I definitely plan to turn to him down the line as needs arise!
