- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly rate (updated yearly) and a flat-fee for most case types. For simplicity, I offer flat fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let the client tell me what happened, in their own words. I give them as much time as they need. Then we discuss what we need to do next, and what each of our roles will be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a former Special Assistant Attorney General and Dept. of Revenue Legal Counsel and hearing officer. I've prepared and tried dozens of cases in court. While a State's attorney, I trained alongside police officers and understand the case from their perspective.
