- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the time it is based on the individules income. Depending on the work wanted, I'll let you decide (within range) of how much you think the work is worth. Or I can simply charge $85 an hour. This would include the editing process and shooting and travel.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Headshots/Portraits have been my most common. But I want to do so much more.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It's not just pushing a button. If that's what you think then get your friend who is a hobbyist to take your photos for fun and don't get upset when they don't come out brilliant. Photographers spend years to hone their skills for your 1 hour of service and our 4-6 hours of editing and travel and uploading.
