Dale taught me proper form and great ways to lift right. I couldnt recommend Dale more. He is patient and tells you to listen to your body. He is awesome!

5 weeks of (almost) personal strength training. Although I was in a class of 2-3 others, many times Dale was able to make modifications to the program that were best for ME and my abilities. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable!

Dale is very personable, professional, and easy to work with. He takes the time to explain each form making sure everyone understands the instruction. I have enjoyed working with Dale, and look forward to continuing my training with him.
