George did answer the phone on a holiday weekend and made his service available. However, he was asking for a Google review before he ever even arrived at my place. My heating units appeared to have no power and would not turn on. George told me on the phone he could fix it. However, several hours later, still no heat. He reset 3 breakers and changed 2 outlets and a switch. He insisted these things would help him get the heater running. In the end the heat was still off and I was still out the $365 repair fee and the $65 emergency fee. $430 and what was broken before the work he did was still broken, nothing changed. Also, be warned, he will tell you he only takes cash.

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectation. we want to clarify that we only asked customers to write us a review after the completion of their Service Call. For payment type we accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash app and cash. you did pay us in Venmo when you initially call me, you stated that you have lost power to some part of the house. When you remove one of the heaters from the outlet on the wall, you noticed that tthe light came back on. Furnaces did not come on. Understanding that the funniest lost power so I was coming to restore power to the furnace. We did restore power to the furnace and some part of the house. we did really appreciate the chance to discuss this phamright.
