- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized based on the scope, complexity, and level of ongoing support your business needs. We don’t use one-size-fits-all packages, because no two businesses (or books) are the same. After reviewing your client discovery form, we provide a clear recommendation and transparent monthly pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short Google Form to gather the basics about your business and understand your current accounting setup. This helps us review your needs ahead of time and come to the conversation prepared. From there, we schedule a discovery call to walk through your goals, answer questions, and make sure we’re a good fit on both sides. After the call, we recommend the appropriate level of support and provide clear next steps, including pricing and onboarding details. Our process is designed to be simple, thoughtful, and efficient — so you feel confident before moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience in the accounting industry, working with small businesses across a variety of industries and stages of growth. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ottawa University, and my background includes hands-on experience in bookkeeping, payroll support, sales tax compliance, and financial reporting.
