Introduction: I am a general practitioner architect who is licensed to practice architecture in Kansas and Missouri. I am NCARB certified. I provide assistance to my clients through all phases of a building project including, but are not limited to the following: initial conceptual design, schematic design, design development, preliminary cost estimating, construction drawings, MEP and civil engineering consultant coordination, building code and construction permit coordination, contractor selection/coordination/construction surveillance, and completed construction punch listing prior to final project construction payment to contractor. I consider myself to be a design and detail-oriented architect and a proactive team player and problem solver.
