Great service! Gary showed up on time and adjusted to our schedule. Cleaning of the HVAC was thorough and gave a detailed reading of current disposition of the system, along with recommendations for future service. Fair pricing and great value. Will use again!

I want to start by saying THANK YOU RES-Q! My wife and I came home from our honeymoon in mid May to a 84 degree house. I called a few places and got some quotes from some companies that I thought were outrageous. Because we had just got home from our honeymoon, it wasnt the best time financially to be dishing out several thousand dollars for new HVAC (and frankly there is never a good time for such a thing). I had people trying to sell me everything from insulting roof panels to duct sealing. I decided to go with Neil Harris because they offered 0 percent financing which I later found out was a scam after talking with Mike at RES-Q. Mike explained to me that there was a charge for 0 percent financing so essentially Im paying interest up front. I appreciated his honesty and decided to give RES-Q my business (best decision I couldve made looking back). So once I committed to RES-Q they put me on the schedule. They were here when they said they would be. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner. They also installed a damper system to help with hot and cold rooms (all for cheaper than any other quote Id received). Fast forward a couple of weeks and my house wouldnt keep cool, so I called RES-Q on a Friday night and they had a guy at my house within an hour. He determined there was a leak of some sort and recharged my system (at no cost to me). All was well for a couple more weeks and then my house wouldnt stay cool AGAIN!! So I called RES-Q back out and of course they showed up very quickly and started running tests. They put a dye in the system to check for any leaks, recharged it (again no cost to me) and said theyd be back in a few days to check if any dye could be seen. They showed up as promised and determined my brand new Lennox air conditioner had a leak from the factory. Mike (the owner) called me personally to tell me the news. I asked if he could just fix it, He then proceeded to tell me he refused to put a bandaid on a brand new unit and would instead be putting in a whole new unit. I got a little nervous thinking about the cost of things. He told me that this one is on him!!! I couldnt believe it. He told me that Lennox asked them to fix the leak and send them a bill. He declined. People like Mike are rare. He was honest with me from day 1. He saved me literally thousands of dollars. He stood behind his work, and basically did the job twice. And never once asked me for an extra dime. So Mike, and all of the RES-Q team .. THANK YOU! Youve earned a life long customer.

Thank you for the kind words, taking the time to write a review and most of all your patience. Occasionally a manufacturer has issues at their factories and causes these type of headaches. Typically we assume it to be a "field issue" (i.e. loose fitting, valve stem/cap, or a bad weld) considering it's a new unit. I'm glad we were able to get it addressed, and blessed to have you as a client. Thank you again for the kind words.

Had the pleasure of using ResQ services today! Fella was kind and professional. Service call expense (95$) was WELL WORTH IT!!!! After a bit of wait, tech showed up promptly and went to work straightaway to trouble shoot our issue. Was given a quote to replace system from a competitor and these folks helped to determine the actual problem and then provided a reasonable and cost effective, safe solution. I will not use anyone else for my HVAC needs, as these guys are top notch!!
