Had an issue with my outside unit. Posted on Thumbtack and Nick called me immediately. Had a tech onsite same day which I appreciated. Unfortunately ended up needing a replacement as my condenser was shot and it was a 15 yr old unit. The team that came out did a great job. They were able to install everything in a day and removed every thing and there was no trash left behind. I did have a whistling noise and a filter issue but they came back next day and fixed it.
