Had an issue with my outside unit. Posted on Thumbtack and Nick called me immediately. Had a tech onsite same day which I appreciated. Unfortunately ended up needing a replacement as my condenser was shot and it was a 15 yr old unit. The team that came out did a great job. They were able to install everything in a day and removed every thing and there was no trash left behind. I did have a whistling noise and a filter issue but they came back next day and fixed it.

My air conditioner stopped blowing cool air. I was able to get someone out last minute. He determined that the unit was frozen so he came back the next day after thawing the unit. He determined the problem and how to keep this from happening again. I will use again
