My air conditioner stopped blowing cool air. I was able to get someone out last minute. He determined that the unit was frozen so he came back the next day after thawing the unit. He determined the problem and how to keep this from happening again. I will use again

KC Prestige called within 60 seconds of putting in a request for a quote. I called on Sunday and they were at my house on Monday at 9:00am. Cody was the technician, who was very courteous and thorough. He checked and cleaned the outside unit, the inside portion of the air conditioning unit, checked the air filter and cleaned and unclogged the drain hose. The cost was exceedingly fair. I will definitely use them again.

Cody was on time, very professional and prepared when he showed up to fix my AC unit. The air in my home was blowing out cold but it wasn’t getting cold enough to drop to the set temperature. Cody asked me questions then we went outside to look at the unit and discovered the coils were dirty and had plenty of grass covering it from getting my yard cut. He cleaned the coils, checked the refrigerant levels which was fine, checked the air filter then tested the air temperature inside. He didn’t mind me asking questions to get a better understanding of how the unit works and how to maximize functionality. I will definitely hire KC Prestige HVAC in the future. Thanks Cody for a great experience!
