Did a great job! Installers were friendly. Nick provide several estimates that we were able to negotiate a bit. Came next day and done by Noon. If I'm giving some real feedback, which I hope is appreciated, there were a few areas that might provide a better customer experience. The payment situation I did not love. Cash or check were the only options with no fee. Credit/Debit cards added a 3% fee ($250 on top of estimate). The actual fee for those transactions is limited well below that much. No PayPal, Venmo options. Another thing I was surprised by when you are paying for a full system, even if it's not their top tier options, was that the included thermostat was more basic that the 20 year old one they replaced. It's a 2026 Lennox system with a cheap, basic controller. For another $100, you could really impress new customers with some post 2001 technology. Easy to replace it with a smart thermostat but underwhelmed for sure. All in all, 5 stars, but time to update some of your technology to stay at the top of your game. The new Lennox system is a beast though. LOVE IT!!
