- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and unique to each customer. We take the time to address every question the home owner has in regards to completing the work they want done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we've made contact with a potential new customer (either by email on phone), we schedule an appointment to look at the project. Measurements must be taken in order to provide an accurate quote to the customer. We then provide a written estimate within 24-48 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our employees and skilled concrete workers with over 60 years of experience working in this field. Our estimator has over 15 years experience in quoting jobs. Our employees are required to have OSHA training courses.
