- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project we take on has unique attributes. From the amount of demolition that is required, to specific drainage, to certain finishes or stamps customers desire. We can typically provide customers a range during our initial site visit. However, we will email you a quote after our visit once we have verified material costs and any additions desired to ensure clients have an all inclusive price up front without any surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out to you to obtain more information about your job and ensure we are a good fit. Once we have initial information we will come out to your location (we would love to meet you, but can also come by when you aren't home) to take measurements and get initial pictures. From there we will contact you again either to finalize details or provide a quote. We take pride in having a hands on professional approach from first contact to completed job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our GM, Bret, has over 20 years of concrete experience. Our foreman Edgar boasts more than 15 years experience and the remainder of our crew averages more than 5 years each. The team takes pride in our flatwork and works to be the best in the city.
