I am both an attorney and an accountant. I have a law degree and an MBA. Generally, I enjoy helping people with the big picture when it comes to running their business. I have helped people develop business ideas, set-up a business entity, do their bookkeeping, do their payroll, do their end of the year taxes, develop contracts, buy and sell businesses, defend and bring lawsuits, find office space, and more. I am unique because I actually care and want to help, but because of my legal and business background I can provide a broad range of services and advice. Overall, I like to think outside of the box to help. I enjoy working with people who are passionate about their businesses, people looking to save money on their taxes, and people who want to get advice about where their money can best be used. For instance, sometimes I talk through the pros and cons financially of buying a rental property or pulling money out of retirement to do a specific project, or on a business side, giving advice on a business entity that will both save money and provide the liability protection needed.
