Jake did a great job looking at the entire issue, pointing out some things that we could take care of ourselves to reduce sewer smell. He used the camera to go out 100 ft on our main line to ensure there were no issues that needed correcting. I'll be saving your information in my phone for my next plumbing need..

Zoom Drain came over within a few hours of my request for assistance with an extremely untimely clogged kitchen drain. The guys that came were excellent! They fixed our problem quickly and were so good that we have already hired them to do an extensive job for us. I strongly recommend this company. They offer great value for their services. UPDATE: After our first experience with Zoom Drain and their fantastic team of techs, we hired them to do a much larger job than unclogging our kitchen sink. We had three toilets taken out and replaced with ADA-approved toilets and also had them install a HALO water treatment system. These guys were able to complete the entire job in less than a day. We expected it to take much longer but were pleasantly surprised. They will be our "GO TO" team any time we need plumbing. We know that they will be responsive, professional, experienced, and offer great value for their work. We couldn't be happier. A huge thank you goes out to Janelle and her fantastic team of techs for the quick responses to all of my questions and issues as well as the hard work. You all are the best! We highly recommend this company!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give free estimates and we don't perform any work without your authorization.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training.
