- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the scope of the job--number, size, and location of the holes that are in need of repair or the amount of drywall that needs to be installed or textured. A minimum project for us is $350 and includes up to 4 hours of work. We are fully licensed, insured, and guarantee our work. We ask that you have some basic information ready when you contact us such as the approximate size of the repair and some pictures if possible so that we can provide a more accurate quote. A visit to your home is best suited to give you a firm quote on projects involving more than 1-2 small holes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At PatchMaster our goal is to make the entire process of restoring your home easy. We use upfront pricing after visiting your home, instead of an estimate. This allows you to have confidence and accurately plan your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians average 30 years of experience hanging, finishing, and updating drywall related projects and ensuring a great final product. Our ownership team has been trained on ensuring an excellent and guaranteed finished product each and every time.
