there are two moments when pricing is important to the customers: In the beginning, when they are just trying to figure out if pricing is even in the ballpark of what they can afford. At the end, right before making a hiring decision, they are weighing the cost and quality of service they will be getting. I guess quality of service they get is not less important than the price
