I had a laundry list of handyman-type jobs to be completed on a vacant rental unit. David was responsive and punctual. While I definitely would consider using David again, I would limit the jobs to clean-outs. While he did a great job with some of the easier items, I'm not sure he had the experience or skill to tackle more complex items (hanging a dozen or so 2" blinds - he misjudged the positioning such that the valances wouldn't fit; I had to re-do every blind he installed). His hourly rate was very reasonable however, I feel I should have more closely supervised his work for efficiency and results. Yes, I would consider hiring David again for clean-outs. I would include him as a team member in any larger or more complex jobs, with supervision.

Hired them to do a job no one else wanted to do, but they did it. The situation was very difficult and challenging, trying to perform a clean out on a hoarders home, while the homeowner and friends kept taking items that had been removed back into the house. It was handled in an understanding and professional manner. Job well done!
