- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is not complicated. I charge $125/hr for consultation, or $175 for a 2-hr session. This fee is due after the 1st consultative session. During that session, depending upon what the customer is needing, we will discuss what their needs, desires, and tastes are, and just what they would like to change. I will write up the consultation findings, show the fee already paid. For the additional work, 1/2 of agreed fee is due at start of job, and 1/2 is due when job is complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening. I feel that is the best thing I can do to ensure my customer is getting what THEY like and need. From that, we will move forward with a plan to suit their desires, and see that the work is done to their satisfaction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It has been a life-long passion of mine. I am just now working it to fulfill that dream.
