Tried to hire for dry vent cleaning and putting 4 stools together but never heard back after multiple initial messages to set up an appointment. I will say it could’ve been related to the recent storm and holiday week, but that was not a concern from their perspective based on initial conversations. I’d give them a shot again, but wasn’t impressed with the initial experience.

Being that the temperature was so far below zero on the days that you spoke with our sales guy all of our techs spent most of the holiday weekend doing emergency HVAC jobs. One misfortune side effect of trying to create a sales team is that the salesperson may try to take on jobs when we have nobody left to perform those duties.
One star the day after Christmas definitely seems a bit harsh but I wish you the best.
