My name is Brad Latz, owner of Latz’s Services. Before starting my own company, I spent nine years on the landscaping crews for the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals, maintaining the grounds at the Truman Sports Complex. After my tenure there, I transitioned into hardscapes and drainage solutions — building retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and rerouting troubled drains. I eventually expanded into full-service property maintenance, taking over a weekly mowing route of 40 yards while also managing the landscaping needs of each property.
