FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and structured to reflect both Missouri state regulations and the convenience of mobile service. Missouri regulates notarizations at $5 per signature, and I charge a base mobile service fee of $45 within 25 miles of 64119, which covers travel and scheduling. Additional considerations: • Evening & weekend appointments available • Rush/same-day (within 4 hours) +$25 • Additional mileage beyond 25 miles: $1.50 per mile • Printing services available for large packages • 15-minute grace period included; wait time applies thereafter All fees are discussed and confirmed before scheduling so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I confirm document type, number of notarizations, and appointment location. I provide a clear total quote upfront. I confirm acceptable ID and any witness requirements. We schedule a time that works for you. I arrive on time, review documents for completeness, and guide you through each notarization. I ensure everything is properly executed before departing. My goal is a smooth, efficient, and stress-free signing experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Missouri Notary Public and trained Notary Signing Agent with a strong foundation in compliance and document execution. I also hold an MBA and work professionally as a business strategist, which has strengthened my attention to detail, process management, confidentiality standards, and client communication. Additionally, I have held a real estate license since 2020 (currently inactive), giving me a solid understanding of transaction flow, closing timelines, and professional document handling. My combined background in business, real estate, and notarial practice allows me to approach each appointment with structure, precision, and professionalism.
