- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a quote based on estimated time needed to calculate and file your federal and state tax returns (one inclusive price). Please contact us if you would like to discuss your quoted price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Preliminary phone call to discuss items and information needed to prepare tax return and schedule time to meet and collect relevant information. We also have a mobile application (Schwingo - available on the App Store and Google Play) than connects users directly with one of our accountants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of this accounting business has an accounting degree of Loyola University - New Orleans in Accounting and has over 5 years working within the tax accounting industry.
