They came out to do an estimate and the quote they came back with was actually very affordable and honestly came in over $10k lower than another companies quote (16k vs 4.5k) for pretty much the exact same quote. We did find some new information that that work may not be needed and they came back out to analyze again after my finished basement wall had been removed to see the foundation and was able to point out the exact cause and a much simpler and even cheaper fix. I ended up not needing their services but the fact they weren’t trying to sell me an overpriced solution and were honest and up front in their assessment is something that you see less and less in this space and I will absolutely use them if I do ever have the need because of that. I had to deal with 6 salesmen who were acting as contractors before I found these guys and it was a breath of fresh air.

Zackery was very professional and informational about this project. They worked so hard and accomplished the job ahead of schedule in spite of it being a challenge. I called five companies to give me a bid and most of them either didn't call me back, couldn't get to me for months or were extremely expensive. Zack answered the phone, came out the next day and emailed me a bid that same day. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

These guys are amazing!!! I had a complete waterproofing system set up for my basement. They gave me the best price, everyone was very perfectional and friendly. I appreciate that they explained each step of the process and showed me the materials being used. All products used on my project are great quality! They even ended up paying more than expected for materials and equipment rental and still honored the original quote. I'm very thankful for the quality of service provided.

Contracted to apply flashing to a home and topsoil graded away from the house. The contractor could not find the correct flashing material length so he just got what they had at the store he went to, instead of going to another store. So instead of installing one long seamless flashing like we agreed to he decided to put two pieces together and apply silicone. I told them this is not what I wanted and not what we had discussed, and would not hold up as well as the single piece I requested. The grading was also done poorly and the contractor refused to make fixes. He then called me and cussed me out and threatened to damage my property to remove material instead of just doing the work right. There were also issues that arose after the contractor had saw the property twice and never mentioned these things, (he said the soil was too hard to dig into at certain spots among other things). The situation escalated and he made physical threats if I did not pay. Was called several B words and every thing else in the book. Save yourself the headache and deal with a more professional contractor that knows what they are doing. He will not complete work in an agreed upon way and instead will do as he sees fit since only his “professional” opinion matters and not what the customer specifically requests.
