Zackery was very professional and informational about this project. They worked so hard and accomplished the job ahead of schedule in spite of it being a challenge. I called five companies to give me a bid and most of them either didn't call me back, couldn't get to me for months or were extremely expensive. Zack answered the phone, came out the next day and emailed me a bid that same day. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Overall, the system is functional, and the project was completed to an acceptable standard. Communication and responsiveness were strong throughout the process. The company was punctual for both site visits and follow-up work. However, the initial estimating process lacked consistency. The first representative on site was inexperienced and had to consult by phone, resulting in an estimate of 80’ at $49.99/ft. A second, more knowledgeable estimator reassessed the project, which increased the measurement to 115’ and cost to $69.99/ft. During installation, field oversight was required to ensure the drain was properly placed in the natural low point of the yard, where water naturally collects. The initial site restoration was subpar-uneven grading and minimal finish work-but after we raised concerns, the team returned within a few days to apply additional topsoil and grass seed at no extra charge. While the final result was not as polished as expected, LifeProof demonstrated a willingness to address concerns and follow through on corrections. Prospective clients should be prepared to stay closely involved throughout the process to ensure expectations are met.
