I was looking for some one to come and install a serveilance system and could not find some one that was not outrageous. I decided to look here and found this company. Not only were they professional, but it was nothing to superior work. They made sure to maintain communication and always showed up on time. The work was completed in a reasonable time. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer 15% off for any civil servants. Must have proof. If you are not able to do a video consultation I do charge $50 to come out and do the consultation on site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to do a initial consultation. Depending on what the project is I may recommend a site visit to get a better picture and idea of he project.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I go started in the technical field by my love for technology. As a child I loved to tinker with things and fix things that would not work. I still do that to this day and enjoy it.
