FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my prices competitive within my trade. I am not alway the cheapest but I am not the most expensive either. Install prices vary from one product to another. Some prices vary based on difficulty level of a product. And I always discuss this with the customer at our initial intervew, as we are discussing different product for there project; as every project is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with discussing their budget and what kind of products they are interested in. Then discuss products and designs that is within that budget. At that time I like to look at the structure of the floor and look for any issues there may be that most people don't know ;to look for. When I leave after the first initial interview, I like for my customer to feel excited and confident. Also I like for them to understand everything that is going to take place from the start to the finish of there project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The vast majority of my training has been hands on. I do like to catch seminars that discuss new products on the market; that helps me keep up with new styles and trends in an ever changing world also.
