We recently had One Hour Heating & AirConditioning in Lees Summit install a brand-new furnace and heat pump, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.Ethan and his install crew were fantastic. They were quick, efficient, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. The install went smoothly, the job site was kept clean, and everything was explained clearly before they wrapped up.I also want to call out Brett Wilson, the technician who helped us leading up to the install. Brett was extremely professional and thorough. He laid out all of our options, handled the energy programs, rebates, and discounts, and ultimately saved my family a significant amount of money while still delivering a high-quality system that keeps our home comfortable.Great people, great service, and a company I would absolutely recommend to anyone needing HVAC work in the Lees Summit area.

I was having an issue with my humidifier, Zach came out and fixed it very quickly. He was very friendly knowledgeable happy guy. I would definitely use them again.

Bret and Jimmy were awesome! Bret came out to see why our air stopped working and found out it was simply a wire in the wrong place at the thermostat. Another company wanted to charge us 15k for a new unit without ever even turning it on to figure out what was wrong. I appreciate the honesty and work quality. We got our system cleaned by Jimmy and we are very please with this company. Highly recommend!

I am writing this review to highly recommend the services provided by Josh from One Hour heating & Air.We recently had an issue with our furnace not working properly, and Josh was dispatched to our home. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly professional, friendly, and respectful.Despite his relatively young age, his expertise was immediately apparent. He listened carefully to my description of the problem, performed a thorough inspection, and quickly and precisely diagnosed exactly what was wrong with the unit. He clearly explained the issue and the necessary repairs before proceeding with the work. The lady that took the call was so nice! I called the local company that serviced the unit last. They couldnt come out for about a week. Great job everyone.
