Terry arrived promptly at 8:00am. We had a broken pipe in the ground which caused the water to back up and flood the bathroom, laundry room. Two other plumbers that I called said they would have to jackhammer the floor to fix the problem. The cost would be anywhere from $4,000-$5,000. I decided to call one more company for a third opinion and I’m sure glad I did! Terry ran the pipe to a whole new clean out avoiding the broken pipe all together. Terry quoted me a price 1/4 of the cost the other plumbers gave me, we were ecstatic. Terry explained everything he would do to fix the problem and within two hours the job was complete. I will beat majority of other plumbing companies in town. I am fair but not looking to cut comers in quality of product or services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet go over the project that they have in mind or diagnose their issue then present options that meet their needs and present pricing and let the customer decide what works best for their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a plumber for 20 years. I have done both new construction and service work. For ten years I worked for the largest service company in town as a field supervisor and trainer, teaching others the skills and tricks of the trade.
