I came to the point life where my mom had to live with me because she needed assistance. Its a very difficult decision to take and very sensitive because I want to offer my mom her own space. I found Jon with new spaces, he came and gave me a plan to transform a part of our garage into a beautiful and convenient space for her to live with her own separate door for the garden so she feels comfortable of being in her own place. I cannot thank Jon enough for such planning. My mom loves her new space and feels very fortunate to be near me but still feel independent. Jon made everything very simple and convenient. Plus, he remodeled my guest bathroom as well in the blink of an eye. I recommend him VERY MUCH!!!

My grandma moved with us and she needed her own room. We didn't know where would be best for her so, Jon, created a new beautiful room right on the side of the house. There is a door to the living room and one to go to the backyard.I recommend New Spaces KC a lot.

I’m generally just below the medium grade in price I have manufacturers that help me keep my cause really competitive
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really pride myself on listening to what a customer is saying on the initial walk-through to understand what they’re trying to accomplish and then it’s my job to make that happen structurally so that the in product is not just what you want, but it’s also something that I know is going to last for generations to come and I pride myself in that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I can pull permit in many parts of the city. I am a licensed contractor.
