The way he handled the job from start to finish was absolutely stellar.From our first conversation it was clear he was honest and had my best interest at heart. He didnt try to upsell me or confuse me with fancy terms-but he certainly knew his stuff when I brought up the fancy terms.He was SO incredibly patient with me and my unending questions. You could tell he truly listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure he eased my worries.From the details he included on the estimate to the way he did the job, it felt very personalized. Like he listened and cared about the little things. Which are truly make or break things. Im confident he treats people not just as another number, but as valued customers. Not only that, but it was the best price and the most transparent and detailed estimate.He is someone who puts the customer first, will go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and that youre happy. He is a man of his word, honest, reliable, punctual, professional, humble, and hardworking. His crew is exactly the same and you can tell he has cherry picked them because he values his work. They did an excellent job and left the place cleaner than they found it. They showed true respect for my home and the job.Dont walk, run to My Insulation Guy! I highly recommend Daniel and his crew for your insulation needs. Daniel was very professional, provided detailed explanation of the condition of my current attic insulation, and kept me updated at all times. Every conversation with him ended in him asking me if I had any questions for him. He also assured me that if I had any issues post-insulation he would come back and make it right. His crew were prompt, courteous, answered my questions and cleaned up work area nicely.

Dan is committed to his trade and very trust worthy. I don't mind getting up in the attic occasionally to check things out, but totally missed we had a disconnected flue releasing carbon monoxide into our attic from the furnace (so did the home inspector that was out less than 2 months ago as well). Dan did a thorough inspection before getting started on blowing insulation, got me up to the standard 16 and even fixed our attic door that was not energy efficient. He kept me apprised of what was occurring and provides detailed pictures when complete. I wouldn't trust anyone else now that I have met Dan. Trust and value are my top two considerations on any job and he has both on lock!
